In the second section on Setting Goals, you’ll check in on your five-year vision and set three to five goals for the coming year. In the Implementing section, you’ll set yourself up for success by determining a theme for the year, identifying your habits, beliefs and behaviours to make sure these goals come to life. My 2020 Reading List
I think it’s safe to say that I’m a book nerd and that’s never going to change. One of my goals in 2020 was to read a book a week. It’s almost as if I had a crystal ball and knew the world would be on a global timeout. I didn’t. But the pandemic made it easier to reach my goal. When I shared the book list with my clients, the response was fantastic.

Episode 174: Beware of edge behaviour
Were you enticed by this episode on edge behaviour? Well, now you can download a worksheet including an expansive list of sample edge behaviours and edge patterns to review. This is a great exercise to do with your team. It’s a clean version of “I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours,” and will be very revealing to understand everyone at a deeper level.
