Resources
In this section, you’ll gain access to some of the best tools and resources I enlist with coaching clients or reference in the podcast.
Most of my tools and resources are exclusive for my clients, but I do like to share some of the most popular ones. And every December, I also make my coveted Annual Goal-Setting Program available for free.

Goal-Setting Program for 2024
In this unique program, you will spend time Reflecting, Setting Goals and Implementing goals for the new year. In the Reflecting section, you’ll check in on your core values and purpose statement then reflect on how you acted brave, what you’re most proud of, and where you played small over the past year. In the second section on Setting Goals, you’ll check in on your five-year vision and set three to five goals for the coming year. In the Implementing section, you’ll set yourself up for success by determining a theme for the year, identifying your habits, beliefs and behaviours to make sure these goals come to life. When you sign up for this program, you’ll join other growth junkies around the world who participate annually.

My 2020 Reading List
I think it’s safe to say that I’m a book nerd and that’s never going to change. One of my goals in 2020 was to read a book a week. It’s almost as if I had a crystal ball and knew the world would be on a global timeout. I didn’t. But the pandemic made it easier to reach my goal. When I shared the book list with my clients, the response was fantastic.

Episode 174: Beware of edge behaviour
Were you enticed by this episode on edge behaviour? Well, now you can download a worksheet including an expansive list of sample edge behaviours and edge patterns to review. This is a great exercise to do with your team. It’s a clean version of “I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours,” and will be very revealing to understand everyone at a deeper level.
